This module takes place in a 3-4 weeks stay at a partner university in Bogotá (Colombia).

Module contents
The students will be introduced to specific aspects of the Latin American Economy and Business:
- Circular Business
- Bottom-of-Pyramid Markets
- Social Business
The students will perform consulting projects for local companies that deal with above contents.

After successfully completing this module, the students …
- understand the common characteristics as well as the regional distinctions within Latin America
- are familiar with the Latin American general and economic history
- understand the the Latin American culture
- can define and execute negotiation strategies and tactics
- understand the specifics of different different negotiation situations
- understand the importance of preparing negotiations
- have insights into the psychology of negotiations (incl. body language)
- are aware of the current situation of different industries in Latin America
- know how to perform a company or industry analysis and to present the results
- understand the way of doing business in Latin America
